Green Catering - sustainability in catering

FLORIS has been committed to these topics for over 15 years and is a leader in many areas.
Sustainable catering is much more than just offering regional and seasonal products.
We care about people and environment, thus we take RESPONSIBILITY and we do it with pleasure!

Our goal is to continue this action, to live sustainability and to regularly review the processes at FLORIS in this sense and to improve.



Germany's first caterer with a CO2-neutral energy balance

For years, the company has acted as a certified green caterer and a pioneer for sustainable events in Berlin, in particular by compensating for the company's CO2 emissions.

Step by step, we work with our partner KlimaInvest Green Concepts at FLORIS Catering to show ecological awareness in our production and in organizing events. For 2023, we will receive climate neutrality by offsetting all CO2 greenhouse gases in terms of energy procurement, mobility and business operation! FLORIS climate-effective compensation of CO2 emissions is TÜV tested - check out the certificate here.
